Simulate client IT environment offshore at offshore development center.

b) Build or install necessary infrastructure (hardware, software, network, security).
c) Setup offshore team.
d) Metric defined training of the offshore development team

Step 5. Offshore Project Execution
Begin executing the project according to the project plan.

Step 6. Project Deliverables Review
Communication with the customer takes places throughout the project life cycle.
