LineBeyond takes data security and IP protection seriously. Any access to confidential data or intellectual property is tightly controlled through our advanced security policies, including firewalls, isolated networks, locked servers requiring electronic card key access, stripped-down PCs (no USB ports or removable media), masked and/or scrubbed data, color-coded printer output, video surveillance and foot patrols by specially trained guards. All employees must sign confidentiality agreements and receive training on LineBeyond’s security practices before project start dates. If required, LineBeyond can offer HIPAA and SOX training for our offshore workforce.
